Fill in your details. The signature below updates as you type.

Name Title (line 1) Title (line 2, leave blank to hide) Email Phone (optional)

Click Copy signature for Gmail.
In Gmail: gear > See all settings > General > Signature.
Click inside the signature box and paste (Cmd+V on Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows).
Scroll down and click Save Changes.
